Platform is very complicated and everything is hidden behind multiple tabs buttons. Got my head around it in the end but way over complicated for the average trader. I can understand why its popular with more experienced traders as it has one of the widest asset selections in the market and in depth analysis tools.

Fees are genuinely low at IBKR. But the platform is very complex and support has been disappointing. Good value if you can handle the learning curve.

The fees are genuinely excellent — hard to beat. But the platform is one of the most complex I’ve encountered and clearly built for professionals. Support has been poor. For a retail investor it’s really not accessible. Great cost, terrible experience.
