Monzo is extremely reliable and so easy to use. They really do care about customers and even give you free money when you send an invitation for someone to join Monzo too. Monzo cards are great to use abroad and for daily banking and transactions.
When it works everything is fine.
When something doesn’t go as expected do not bother contacting them, the customer service is nonexistent and they haven’t got a clue how to resolve an issue. You would think a debit card not working is fairly straightforward, unfortunately not and they haven’t got a clue what to do and keep suggesting the same fix - which we told them doesn’t work. Awful bank even by bank standards.
After poor experiences with all the main UK banks and another well known online bank I gave Monzo a try, to my delight I found that it had none of the problems of the others, in fact I’d say it had the best features of all the others with none of the bad points.
Recently opened a second business account and a personal account.
Excellent all rounder for banking . Also the inclusion for your children all under one app ? Superb . Money management and education for them is essential and this enables them to do so , safely all whilst keeping it enjoyable .
Monzo business pro has to be the the best thing I’ve done for my business. Great app, simple to use. Send professional quotes and invoices straight from the app with prompts, so it’s really simple. Any materials, fuel, or other business expenses go straight into categories, and a quick snapshot of a receipt gets attached. Life changing!!
So far finding the switch to Monzo has been a breeze. Great customer service, brilliant budgeting tools and savings accounts.
Now to see if I’m lucky enough to win double your salary. 😂
