Why do investors panic during crashes if they claimed there were investing for long term

Human nature. As much discipline as you think you have there will always be some panic during crashes. Its ok to feel that way it’s how you act is the important thing

pretty obvious in my book, if i bought a car that was 25k and then after bough it it was rated as the sh*ttest car ever by a leading automitive analysist and the price dropped to 12k id be pretty panicked aswell
