I never know where the best place to look is when sourcing regular investing info…
at the minute it is only through YouTube, but I feel like once it is there it is already too late to bother with it?

I’d start here to understand the basics, Best Investment Apps in the UK 2026 — Tested With Real Money - you’ll find on youtube there is a lof ot misinformation and everyone has a different strategy. I would start small and try investing with someone like IG and then start looking online to see what terms mean, like what dollar cost averaging is and what the different is between an income or passive fund. Ask me anything if it helps
I am hoping that i will be able to get some good investing information from this community. Anyone got an info that want to pass on?
@MrJT Welcome! You’ve come to the right place - plenty of experience in here across different strategies and platforms. Best tip to start is just get the basics down first - things like understanding the difference between funds and individual stocks, and how to use a stocks and shares ISA. What kind of investing are you looking at - long term, income, something else?
