Do you have a family? Plan to upgrade house or stay put?
@Fellipe_Allen Income is about Ā£76k from employment. No family (just animals). House is ok at the moment - I also drive an 18 year old car.

As of today I am sat on an investment total of Ā£224.5k - and finally cash positive (I.e I now have more in investments than my liabilities - mortgage). Approximately Ā£120k more than 18 months ago
