How does someone who rarely goes out figure out business ideas in this era of AI

I currently work from home, and my job is really demanding. To be truthful, I am terribly broke. All my salary goes to taking care of the family and it’s not enough. At the middle of the month, I am already praying nothing goes wrong that requires money so I don’t have to go begging.
I was out of work for a while due to my health, and that has seriously affected my employability especially because I work in tech, and with AI, most jobs are going away. AI is expensive, and until recently, I couldn’t even afford to subscribe for the most basic tools to use.
I have some tech skills, I can build software(backend/frontend), and DevOps too. However, I need solid projects and experience to get jobs, which is something I often face in interviews. Problem is the time, and money for some of these things because my job takes almost 18 hours of my time on a good day.
I need to figure out something that I can build and invest some money in that will pay some small amount of money over time. I am honestly afraid of taking the risk since it is not just me but my entire family who will pay if I miss it. So I need an idea that is solid, something that I am sure will yield result in a short time, but will not require me to spend so much money upfront.
I have tried selling pdf books, and done some other stuff, but not yielding the kinds of results I need because of the cost/profit ratio.
