I have made decent amount by jumping between tech stocks, micron Nvidia amd Palantir, but now sitting all in VWRP, market is too up & down for my liking… so it all boils down to your risk tolerance and you can do it on Trading212 if you like

Low risk with some return and then suggesting 100% into 500 large cap companies of only one country on some of the highest valuations ever doesn’t really go together in my book. Shiller PE ratio is over 40 ATM. Even those saying 100% in VALL doesn’t really fit someone saying they want low risk. Obviously not being in 100% equity might be sub optimal but 100% equity is rarely ever described as low risk. Though again obviously depends what you means, expects and can stomach. You need to consider what you want and what your risk tolerance really is.

Hello, so basically i inherited £40,000. Ive no mortgage to pay, no debt, nothing immediate to pay and i have a good salary.
I want to put the £40,000 into something that will give me a return. My current bank only has a few offers around 1.5-2%.
I see trading 212 interest on cash is over 3% on the app.
Does anyone have any other advice? S&P 500?
I wont need the money short term unless my life situation drastically changes.
