Crypto trading: how do you actually pick wallets worth following?

Been looking into crypto copy trading lately and I’m curious how people decide which wallets are actually worth following. Some wallets show crazy returns, like 150-200% in a month, but how do you tell if thats consistent trading or just a few lucky picks? Do you focus more on win rate, trade history, or how much profit they actually take? Also wondering about position sizing. If a wallet buys $3k worth of some token, would you copy a fixed amount like $50-100 or use a percentage? Tracking trades on-chain and getting faster entries sounds useful, but seems risky without proper limits. And when do you stop copying someone? After 3-4 bad trades, or do you give them more time if their longer-term results look decent? Not really looking for the best bot here. More interested in how people actually manage risk with crypto copy trading and avoid blindly following profitable-looking wallets.
Anyone doing this regularly? How do you pick wallets and decide when its time to stop copying?
