Trade Nation offers fixed spreads which I like. Platform is basic and market range is limited but fees are low. Fine for simple spread betting.

Fixed spreads are a real plus — makes costs predictable. Platform is quite basic and could do with investment. Not the most intuitive for new traders. Support is average. Good if you want transparent pricing, less so for tools and features.
