Very new to investing. I created a Hargreaves Landsdown account but I find it a bit confusing. Does anyone recommend a simpler platform?

I’ve always put money away in savings every month but I seeing things about how inflation just kills your savings. I want to be able to invest this money so that it creates a return me. I dipped my toe in the water with HL but i want to keep this as simple as possible as I am very new to this.
