If its your first Stocks & shares ISA, monzo is fine overall, small fees.
There are free alternatives out there like Trading 212, eToro & pepperstone which are better apps, solely for investing. But in the beginging, if you are just getting into the habit of setting money away, monzo is fine. Ive not read any major problems with what they offer. As far as I know, the funds monzo offer are Blackrock? Which are a reputable large firm.
If you are seeing yourself investing for the long term though, id strongly consider apps like trading 212/investengine instead. There are several good UK based youtubers that make a lot of content on Exchange trade fund investing with these platforms.
Long term, if you are to lock this money away for 30+ years as some investment timeframes recommend, youll be glad you chose to do it with an account that has no fees & allows you to pick the funds you want to invest in.
The main thing though, is that you have started! Well done
Ideally it’s best to use a platform like Trading212. They have no fees outside of the ones directly from the funds themselves and they have a much wider range of options for investment.
(other fee free platforms are also out there, that’s just the one I use and like)

Never really had the chance to invest properly until my recent pay rise. It’s not much but I’m putting £25 a week into a stocks and shares ISA (Adventurous 5/7).
Is this the right place to do this or shall I use another platform? Thanks
